French Farce: Exaggerated Physical Comedy

 I have decided that I do want to do French Farce for my tradition and the convention I will focus on is physical comedy. I chose it because I think that it seems like an entertaining form of theater that fits my preferred acting/directing type. In addition, my dad majored in French in college and actually put on a Farce performance for the school, so he might be able to give me some knowledge or advice regarding the tradition. I know that Farce may provide a challenge when it comes to the scene, but I believe it is right up my alley, so I will be fine.

How I walk

 Somewhat quick pace with longish strides. My arms move back and forth slightly with each step, opposite of the leg that is forward. I randomly sort of tap my sides as I walk or sometime have my hand or a finger in my pocket.  Direct, Light, Sustained

Practical Avtivity 1

Because that is what you are projecting to the audience They have to be able to project their voice and strain there body for the duration of the show By rehearsing and doing various voice exercises and body exercises to warm up those given instruments Similar to last question, just practice over time

Notes on Pipeline

- no distinct setting but seems like its based in New York - stereotypical public school with extreme policies  - Nya wants to give Omari better opportunities but struggles against the educational system - title comes from the school to prison pipeline in which less privileged students are set up to go from public school to prison side note: I read this on the third day of break on a 4 am plane ride and I don't remember a lot of it. I didn't realize we had to submit notes on it until now.
